ADLER Gruppe brings safety and specialist expertise to places where many trades work together under time pressure: to plant construction, to the construction of data centres and to other major industrial projects. Our specialists come from the practice of these projects and know the processes on site from their own experience.
Origin and location
The company was founded in 2010 in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. It has been based in Bobenheim-Roxheim since 2014. The legal entity is ADLER Direction GmbH; “ADLER Gruppe” is the umbrella brand under which the divisions present themselves externally.
The group’s starting point lies in managing Health, Safety, Environment and Energy for contractors in the chemical, petrochemical and power plant sectors. These roots remain a reference and a strength. But they are not a limit: in the construction of data centres and in other major projects, the same questions arise about site safety, sign-off management and contractor coordination. That is why we treat plant construction, data centres and major projects as equals.
Four divisions under one roof
- ADLER HSEE Xperts manages occupational safety, health, environment and energy on sites and in turnarounds. HSEE 4.0 forms the development framework for suitable digital process, media and system building blocks; specific functions and availability are confirmed for each use case.
- ADLER Overhead Services provides technical project services matched to the task and project phase.
- ADLER CertConsulting supports companies towards certification readiness against management and manufacturer standards.
- ADLER Academy trains and qualifies the personnel who work in these environments.
The four divisions interlock in the project and can be commissioned individually or in combination. The standard remains the same across all divisions: to stand alongside the teams as partners, technically well-founded and close to the site.
Vision and mission
The mission “From the industry, for the industry.” sums up how ADLER Gruppe works: our specialists know industrial projects, sites, fabrication and operational requirements from practice. From this follows the aim of standing alongside the teams involved as a specialist partner rather than advising only from the outside.
The four divisions contribute to this from different perspectives. ADLER HSEE Xperts manages occupational safety, health, environment and energy on projects. ADLER Overhead Services takes on clearly defined technical project services. ADLER CertConsulting supports companies towards certification readiness against management and manufacturer standards. ADLER Academy trains and qualifies employees and managers for their tasks.
The vision is not to blur these services into a vague overall offering. The divisions remain clearly defined and can be deployed individually or in a coordinated way. What they share is an attitude: understand the requirements, clarify responsibilities and interfaces, deliver services in a practical way and promise only what can be offered on a sound technical and organisational basis.
Chemicals, petrochemicals and power plant engineering are the origin of the group, not its limit. The project experience built up over the years is applied equally in plant construction, in the construction of data centres and in other major industrial projects.
