What does an HSEE service provider take on in a major project?
The specific scope can cover governance, project organisation, risk control, site management, onboarding, walkdowns, action tracking, reporting and emergency organisation. Tasks and authorities are agreed on a project-specific basis.
Does ADLER take on all statutory duties?
No. ADLER provides the agreed advisory, coordination, organisational, monitoring and operational services. Statutory duties of clients, employers and contractors remain with those responsible, unless a legally permissible, explicit transfer takes place.
Is HSEE 4.0 a mandatory component?
No. Digital tools are used where they suit the project and the existing systems. The HSEE organisation itself comes first.
How does ADLER account for data protection in HSEE projects?
For data-protection-relevant processes, ADLER clarifies the purpose, data scope, roles, access, retention periods and the security measures required. The data protection officer is involved early. Legal responsibility follows the specific allocation of roles between the project participants.
