HSEE 4.0 is the framework for digital ADLER building blocks around information, onboarding, HSEE activities, actions and reporting.

ADLER HSEE 4.0 combines HSEE expertise with digital process and media building blocks. Together we clarify which use case is relevant and which level of functionality, integration and provision can reliably be offered for it.

Digital HSEE support that fits the process

Digitalisation starts with the workflow, not with a feature list. ADLER analyses roles, work steps, data sources and interfaces and develops suitable digital support from them. Possible fields of application include onboarding, qualification and document status, safety observations, action tracking, briefing content and management reporting.

ADLER combines HSEE domain logic with structured digital workflows. Which solution is suitable depends on the project, the systems landscape, the types of data and the user groups. Data protection, permissions, retention periods and data security are considered from the outset; the data protection officer is involved early. Functions and the provision model are specified in line with requirements.

From process clarification to delivery

Before any delivery, the objective, user groups, process ownership, data quality, permissions, retention, data protection, IT security and system boundaries are clarified. Depending on the level of maturity, the result can be a target process, a prototype, a configuration of existing systems or a separate product concept.

Digital tools replace neither the technical assessment nor leadership on site. They can support transparency and consistency when responsibilities, escalations and data maintenance are set out in a binding way.

Before deployment, the scope of functions, level of maturity, operation, support, permissions, data processing, IT security, interfaces and contractual roles in particular should be documented.

Data protection and information security

Personal data is planned in on a purpose-bound and data-minimised basis; technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk are part of the design. Where personal data is involved, the purpose, legal basis, data minimisation, retention periods, deletion and risk-appropriate protective measures are taken into account.

ADLER involves its data protection officer early when processes or systems touch personal data. He advises and monitors within the scope of his statutory duties; responsibility remains with the designated controllers and processors.

The building-block landscape of HSEE 4.0

Under HSEE 4.0, ADLER groups digital product and system ideas for recurring HSEE workflows. These include concepts for safety logs and structured project documentation, digital information and onboarding processes, media formats such as HSEE.TV, and analysis and reporting building blocks. Which functions can already be used is confirmed for the specific application.

The product building blocks are deliberately considered in a modular way. A project can first clarify a process and its data needs before technical delivery, integration or provision are defined. This keeps the specialist concept and the product promise cleanly separated.

For now, the names describe fields of interest and not a product configuration promised across the board.
