Service to suit the need
Technical projects need different services in different phases. During preparation, the focus is often on estimating, quantity take-off, quality planning or the analysis of requirements. In execution, project and construction coordination, site supervision, QA/QC, progress tracking and robust reporting become important. At project close-out, technical records, remaining points as well as as-built, handover and turnover documents have to be handled in a structured way.
ADLER takes on clearly described technical, coordinating, management and support services for this. The scope of services can relate to a single task, a project phase or an ongoing need across several projects and locations. Which decisions remain with the client, operator, manufacturer or independent inspection bodies is clearly set out through tasks and interfaces.
Three service models
Project Services are tied to a specific project or a defined project phase. The service is often delivered on site; suitable elements can be handled in a hybrid or remote arrangement.
Support Services cover a recurring or ongoing need. They can span several projects, sites or locations as well as maintenance, inspection and tendering tasks.
Specific Task Services are clearly delineated single tasks. They are particularly suited to desk-based work-up, analysis, documentation and estimating tasks that do not require a permanent presence.
Benefits
Individual technical services can be commissioned in a targeted way; related tasks can be organised as a coordinated package; the scope can be adapted to project phase, recurrence and task situation; defined interfaces make alignment and tracking easier; desk-based tasks can be handled independently of a permanent on-site presence.
How we work together
- Clarify the technical service needed and the situation of use.
- Define tasks, service limits, documents and interfaces.
- Determine the right service model and the on-site, hybrid or remote elements.
- Organise the service independently and align it with the agreed contacts.
- Communicate progress, findings and open points in a traceable way.
Frequently asked questions
Can individual services be commissioned separately?
Yes. Estimating, measurement, QA/QC, technical documentation or other technical services can be commissioned individually. Related services can be combined.
How does ADLER respond to an urgent need for support?
For urgent enquiries, ADLER assesses at short notice which service can realistically be taken on and in what timeframe. Scope of services, interfaces and start date are then agreed as binding.
