Overview
Shutdowns and inspection windows call for prepared processes and quick, traceable decisions. ADLER takes on defined technical services before, during and after the measure. Recurring maintenance tasks can be organised as a Support Service across several projects or locations.
Technical services for tight time windows
During inspections and turnarounds, many activities have to interlock in quick succession. ADLER supports with clearly defined services and gears reporting channels, presence and scope of work to the respective measure.
Where the need is urgent, we assess at short notice which service can realistically be taken on and in what timeframe. A specific mobilisation is committed only once the task, location, qualification and availability have been clarified.
Service scope
- Estimating and quantity bases before the measure
- Project, construction and assembly coordination
- QA/QC, inspection status and defect tracking
- Welding supervision and documentation review
- Progress and remaining-quantity reports
- Measurement, variation bases and as-built documentation
- Project assistance and status lists
