Overview
Specific Task Services suit estimating, material take-offs, QA/QC documents, technical documentation, welding-related work-up, delineated HSEE (Health, Safety, Environment, Energy) input as well as project assistance and back office. The task, the documents to be provided, the technical requirements and the desired output structure are defined before work begins. ADLER handles the activity independently and hands over a traceable work-up or prepared working basis.
Specific Task Services in detail
The model assumes that the subject of the work can be described technically and delineated from other areas of responsibility. The client provides the necessary drawings, specifications, data, templates or system access. ADLER checks the provided items for recognisable gaps and aligns on points to be clarified.
Specific Task Services remain services. The analyses, drafts, lists, documentation or recommendations handed over support further decisions and processes. They do not replace binding approvals, declarations of conformity, acceptances or decisions by the manufacturer, operator or client.
Have technical single tasks handled precisely
Not every task needs a permanent presence on site. Where drawings, specifications and data are available, many estimating, documentation and analysis tasks can be handled independently. Specific Task Services are intended for this.
At the outset we clarify the subject of the work, the documents, the technical requirements and the output structure required. During the work we point out recognisable gaps and points to be clarified. The client then receives a traceable work-up or prepared working basis for their further decisions.
Not intended for this model
Not intended are ongoing site supervision, on-site inspections, walkdowns or trial welds, operational briefings, or the permanent management of a site or a client team.

Frequently asked questions
Which tasks are particularly suitable?
Desk-based tasks with clear input documents and a technically describable work-up are suitable, for example estimating, MTO, documentation maintenance, requirement analysis or status evaluation.
Is a particular outcome guaranteed?
No. What is commissioned is the proper handling of the described activity. Approvals, acceptances and binding decisions remain with the bodies responsible for them.
