Overhead Services is intended where, as a rule, a single specialist or a clearly defined task is integrated into an already existing structure. No. ADLER handles the agreed specialist service. Statutory duties, binding decisions and enactments remain with the offices responsible for them, unless a legally permissible particular function has been expressly transferred.
Can HSEE evaluations be handled remotely?
Yes. Requirements analyses, document drafts, qualification matrices, presentations and indicator reports are often possible remotely where the inputs are supplied in full.
