Overview
Progress data can be built up by isometric, weld, test section, trade, system or another agreed quantity framework. ADLER maintains the reported figures, applies the specified weighting logic and produces progress reports, S-curves and backlog and open-point lists. The value of the output depends on the quality and currency of the underlying data.
Presenting project progress in a traceable way
Different trades often report progress in different units. ADLER consolidates the data into an agreed structure and makes visible which work is completed, open or delayed.
Commissioning and interpreting reporting
Reporting can be commissioned as an ongoing project service or as a desk-based evaluation of supplied data. It supports decisions but does not replace the technical review of the underlying reports, unless that is part of the assignment.
