Technical project management with clear interfaces
Complex projects need a reliable flow of information between planning, execution, quality, procurement and the client. ADLER takes on the technical coordination of these interfaces and keeps schedules, costs, risks and open decisions traceable.
The specific assignment determines whether we manage a project, deputise for the project management or take on individual controls tasks. Decision and sign-off authorities are set out transparently in the process.

ADLER coordinates the agreed workflows, consolidates information from the areas involved and prepares deviations and matters requiring a decision.
