Overview
The service includes, among other things, welding and NDT documentation, material certificate and batch allocation, test packs, status and missing-item lists, and as-built and final documentation. ADLER aligns the work with the agreed documentation structure, tracks identifiable gaps and prepares the documents for handover or turnover.
Keeping documentation manageable during the project
Technical documentation should not begin only shortly before handover. When records, revision statuses and open points are assigned on an ongoing basis, it stays visible what is available and what is still missing. ADLER takes on the set-up, maintenance and status tracking of the agreed documentation structure.
At project completion we support as-built, handover and turnover. Supplied documents are ordered, revision statuses recorded and missing elements flagged.
Sign-off and responsibility
Technical sign-off, signature or the submission of declarations remains with those responsible. ADLER can check and structure documents and prepare drafts, but does not replace a manufacturer, operator or inspection-body decision.

Frequently asked questions
Does ADLER also take on existing documentation holdings?

Does ADLER guarantee complete final documentation?
ADLER processes and tracks the supplied and agreed documents carefully. Missing source documents or sign-offs are flagged but cannot be replaced.
