Coordinating welding in the project in technical terms
Welding requirements affect execution and documentation alike. Materials, procedures, WPS, qualifications and tests have to suit the assignment and be assigned in a traceable way. ADLER takes on these tasks within the agreed project or support scope.
Individual reviews and work-ups do not require a permanent on-site presence. Such tasks can be commissioned separately on the basis of complete documents.

Overhead Services focuses on individual project-based or ongoing welding tasks that are usually integrated into an existing project organisation through a specialist. ADLER CertConsulting leads where welding supervision has to be arranged as part of the manufacturer organisation, its formal appointment or a manufacturer qualification. The technical activities can overlap; what is decisive is the purpose of the organisation and the scope of the assignment.

No. Appointment, competence, standard requirements, authorities and integration have to be examined and agreed separately for the manufacturing operation.
