Project-specific HSEE management systems and safety concepts

ADLER develops project-specific HSEE (Health, Safety, Environment, Energy) systems and safety concepts that translate requirements into roles, processes, evidence and operational tools.

Overview

An HSEE project concept connects customer standards, statutory framework conditions, existing management systems and the actual project organisation. ADLER structures roles, processes, risk control, communication, reporting and evidence. The operational application and further development sit with HSEE Xperts; advisory on certification readiness to ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 is delineated with ADLER CertConsulting.

Project concept and document structure

At the outset, contract requirements, company policies, project phases and existing documents are compared. Duplication and gaps are made visible. From this, a project concept emerges with a clear document hierarchy and defined release, change and reporting paths.

Safety in Design

Safety in Design brings HSEE questions into planning decisions early. Among other things, it considers the construction sequence, access, assembly sequences, later maintenance, logistics, hazardous energies and rescue options. ADLER facilitates and documents the HSEE perspective; planning and technical decisions remain with the parties responsible for them.

An HSEE concept that stays usable in the project

A project concept should connect existing systems and support decisions. ADLER translates requirements into a clear organisation, understandable processes and a robust evidence structure.

The concept is adapted to the project phase and risk situation. It replaces neither the employers’ risk assessments nor the planning decisions of the responsible technical parties.
