Overview
Workforce engagement means not only informing employees, but drawing their observations and experience into HSEE work. ADLER structures safety observations, reports of unsafe conditions and near misses, toolbox talks, safety meetings, campaigns as well as multilingual and visual communication. Reports are assessed, assigned to owners and tracked through to closure.
Participation and reporting routes
A participation process needs easily accessible reporting routes and reliable feedback. Reports can concern positive observations, hazards, near misses, improvement suggestions or deviations from the rules. Categories, priorities, escalation criteria and processing deadlines are set for each project.
Behavioural Safety
Behavioural Safety is not understood as an assessment or manipulation of individuals. The focus is on observable working conditions and actions, respectful conversation, shared learning and the removal of organisational causes. Personal rankings or bonus models are only used after a separate technical, employment-law and data-protection review.
Multilingual communication
Multilingual communication combines clear language, images, symbols and recurring formats. HSEE.TV or other digital channels can distribute current project information. This does not replace formal briefings and personal coordination.
Safety observations that lead to action
A reporting system only builds trust if input is acted on and feedback is given. ADLER therefore sets up observation management as a complete process: from the report through assessment and ownership to a documented closure.
Toolbox talks, safety meetings and multilingual communication pick up current activities and findings from the project. Employees are involved as experts in their own work.
